With more than 25 years of Human Resources experience, Tracy Vebber is a transformative leader committed to making a lasting impact.
As the Human Resources Manager, Tracy spearheads the HR department and oversees various administrative functions within the firm. Tracy constantly strives for professional excellence, as evidenced by her multiple certifications: she is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) through the Society of Human Resources Management, Certified Healthcare Human Resources Professional (CHHR) via the American Hospital Association and holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Professional (SPHRi) certification from the HR Certification Institute.
Tracy holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from Birmingham-Southern College and recently earned a Professional Certificate in Google Project Management. Prior to joining Lightfoot, Tracy gained over two decades of experience in HR and business operations, particularly within highly regulated industries such as healthcare, insurance and manufacturing.
In addition to her professional accomplishments, Tracy is a dedicated community member. She actively fundraises for Cystic Fibrosis Research and supports the arts. Deeply involved in her local church, she also devotes her time to serving those with disabilities and special needs. In her free time, you can find Tracy exploring Birmingham alongside her husband and their teenage son.
