Rachel Lary has never been afraid to speak her mind.

Rachel serves as national counsel for several major clients handling product liability cases through the Southeast and beyond. She has litigated cases in Georgia to Oklahoma to Washington, D.C. and the states in between. She is honored these Fortune 500 clients trust her to represent them beyond her home state of Alabama.
She served as chair of the firm's Associate Committee for several years and currently chairs the Marketing and Business Development Committee. She was awarded Top Birmingham Women in 2024 and was recognized as a Future Star of Benchmark Litigation. She has been named to the Best Lawyers in America since 2018 for her work in product liability, personal injury, commercial litigation and trust and estates.
She knows the importance of instilling confidence in young girls and enjoys serving as the Chair of the Board of Girls, Inc. of Central Alabama where its mission is to teach all girls to be strong, smart and bold. She is also an active and committed member of her community in Homewood, Alabama, where she grew up and where she and her husband have chosen to raise their family—a strong boy, a bold teenage girl and a smart German Shorthaired Pointer.
