Josh Latzman uses his energy and strategic skills to create winning solutions for his clients.
Josh handles cases in a wide array of practice areas including product liability, catastrophic injury, commercial litigation, and consumer fraud and bad faith.
After attending the University of Michigan for his undergraduate studies, Josh received his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, where he was a member of the Frank Murphy Honor Society and the law review and moot court teams for two years. In one of his proudest moments, he received the honor of Moot Court Member of the Year as voted on by his peers. Josh was also part of the team that reformed his law school’s law review bylaws and organizational structure.
Prior to Lightfoot, Josh sharpened trial skills at litigation firms in Houston and Detroit. He has tried personal injury and civil rights claims to juries in Federal Court, participated in expert and fact witness preparations and examinations, and conducted all forms of motion practice and alternative dispute resolution processes.
Away from the office, Josh and his wife Sarah can be found wrangling their three children, Poppy, Beau, and CJ, and their two German Shepherds, Blitz and Elsa. The jury remains out on who is wrangling whom. The Latzmans are avid college football fans and spend the fall cheering on their beloved Wolverines—Go Blue!
