Securing defense verdict in wrongful death lawsuit.

A jury in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Alabama awarded a defense verdict in favor of our client and one of its employees. The plaintiff was injured when his motorcycle collided with one of our defendant's trucks that was being driven by the employee.  After hearing a compelling testimony from our expert in accident reconstruction and the investigating police officer, the jury found that the plaintiff's own contributory negligence was a cause of the accident, resulting in a defense verdict.
