Securing favorable appeal in pollution case.

Lightfoot was brought in post-verdict by our client, a textile mill, after a jury returned a $52 million verdict against our client in a case alleging that the defendants polluted the plaintiff’s properties and a popular recreational lake. We argued the case in the Supreme Court of Alabama twice. The Supreme Court reversed and rendered the case in favor of our client.
