Warren Nash Joins Leadership Alabama Class XXXIV
August 6, 2024
Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC’s executive director and chief financial officer Warren L. Nash has been named to Leadership Alabama’s XXXIV Class.
Leadership Alabama is a statewide program that brings together a class of Alabama business and community leaders every fall. Participants collectively work on issues that will affect Alabama’s future and build a network of relationships. This year’s program begins October 16 in Montgomery.
Throughout the year-long program, participants will travel to Birmingham, Huntsville, Montgomery and Mobile to engage in presentations and participate in discussions that encourage critical, thoughtful assessments of key issues facing Alabama. The cohort will also explore and debate state initiatives to boost its prosperity and address key priorities for the state.
“It is an honor to be selected for the 34th class of Leadership Alabama,” Nash said. “I am elated to be able to get to know and work with other committed Alabama leaders who are invested in creating positive transformations for our state.”
Nash joined Lightfoot in 2018 as the firm’s CFO. In March 2024, he was named Lightfoot’s executive director during a strategic reorganization of the firm’s management structure. Nash attended the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis and earned his bachelor’s degree in banking and finance from Mississippi State University. He holds an MBA with a concentration in macroeconomics from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and a Master’s degree in theological studies from Emory University. Nash is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association’s Stonier Graduate School of Banking.
