Meghan S. Cole Selected to Participate in 2023 BBA Future Leaders Forum

Lightfoot, Franklin & White is proud to announce that associate Meghan S. Cole has been selected to participate in the 2023 Birmingham Bar Association (BBA) Future Leaders Forum. The annual forum, which runs for six sessions from July to December each year, is a vetted, invitation-only event that prepares motivated attorneys who have been licensed to practice for 3 to 8 years to become leaders in the Birmingham Bar Association and Magic City community.

Cole, who also sits on the BBA’s Grievance Committee, defends clients in a wide variety of disputes, including toxic tort, product liability, commercial litigation and medical malpractice cases. She represents national chemical manufacturers, Fortune 100 technology companies, leading healthcare organizations and a global pest control company. Some of her most notable matters include defending a Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer in precedent-setting environmental contamination lawsuits in courts around the country. She also helped secure a favorable six-figure settlement for a leading U.S. student housing developer in a construction defect case.
