Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC associates W. McKinley Dunn and Bridget E. Harris have been named to the Executive Committee of the Birmingham Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Section. They will each serve two-year terms.
The Young Lawyers Section consists of attorneys who are under the age of 37 or who have been practicing for five years or less. It hosts continuing legal education (CLE) seminars, fundraisers and other events to benefit newer members of the legal profession in Birmingham.
Dunn’s experience spans the litigation spectrum, including breach-of-contract, fraud, personal injury, real estate disputes, insurance bad faith and other commercial tort claims. He helps clients navigate all stages of civil litigation, from pre-suit through trial.
This will be the second term Harris has served on the committee. She primarily practices in the areas of product liability, catastrophic injury, medical malpractice and commercial litigation. She advocates for her clients day-in and day-out, whether through mediation, arbitration or at trial.
