Terry McCarthy to Teach at Alabama Tort Law CLE on September 14

On September 14, 2017, Lightfoot partner Terry McCarthy will be giving attorneys an update on Alabama Evidence Law at the Tort Law Conference for Alabama Attorneys.  Topics he plans to cover include: recent appellate decisions on the Daubert standard for expert testimony; an update on the Alabama Rules of Evidence advisory committee; and detailed analysis of recent cases where trial courts have been reversed for evidentiary rulings.  The CLE will include sessions on many other relevant topics taught by a distinguished faculty of judges and attorneys.  To register for the CLE and to obtain more information, click here.
