Lightfoot’s Liz Huntley Recognized by The Women’s Fund of Greater Birmingham’s Annual Philanthropy
October 13, 2021
We are proud to support Liz Huntley, Lightfoot Senior Counsel and Director of Community Relations, who will be honored at the Women’s Fund of Greater Birmingham’s annual fundraising event, Unleashed, A Philanthroparty. Huntley will be recognized October 16th at Red Mountain Theatre.
Each year, the Women’s Fund of Greater Birmingham funds programs and initiatives that catalyze change and increase economic mobility for women and their families. Last year alone—and in large part because of their event—The Women’s Fund invested over $987,000 into the Birmingham region, applying a gender lens to accelerate economic opportunity for all.
Liz Huntley has declared a fundraising goal of $10,000 to support programs and policies that improve the lives of women and their families. Huntley has been recognized alongside seven other nominees, all of whom are being highlighted as distinguished leaders in their field making change in their communities.
