Lightfoot Welcomes Litigator Parker Jennings to Birmingham Office

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to welcome litigator Parker G. Jennings as a lateral associate in the firm’s Birmingham office. His practice will focus on product liability, medical malpractice, civil and criminal white-collar prosecutions, corporate internal investigations and personal injury matters. 

Before joining Lightfoot, Jennings was an associate at a national litigation firm, where he defended claims that arose under the Defense Base Act. He is a former extern for the Honorable L. Scott Coogler of the Northern District of Alabama. During his time in law school, Jennings was a summer associate and a law clerk for two Birmingham, Alabama-based firms and one Houston, Texas-based firm.

Jennings earned his J.D. from the University of Alabama School of Law and his Bachelor of Business in business marketing from the University of Arkansas at Fort Smith. While in law school, Jennings served as the lead articles editor for the Law and Psychology Review, and was a member of the Duberstein Bankruptcy Moot Court Team and the Campbell Moot Court Board.
