Lightfoot to Host Alabama State Bar White Collar Committee Event

Partner Tenley Armstrong to speak on panel
Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC will host the second CLE event of 2017 put on by the Alabama State Bar’s White Collar Committee. The event, titled “Federal Criminal Discovery in White Collar Cases,” will be held at the Lightfoot office on Wednesday, July 19, and will focus on effective strategies for obtaining, organizing and using discovery in criminal cases.
As a panelist for the event, Lightfoot partner Tenley E. Armstrong will discuss her legal experience and offer practical insights for attendees.

Armstrong is a member of the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations practice group. She offers advice to clients in the healthcare industry seeking to comply with Stark, the Anti-Kickback Statute and the False Claims Act. She has also represented clients accused of a variety of criminal violations including bank and healthcare fraud, and government contract procurement fraud.
