Lightfoot Promotes McKinley Dunn and Joshua Latzman to Partner

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC has elevated W. McKinley Dunn and Joshua G. Latzman to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1.

Dunn joined Lightfoot as an associate in 2019 and is based in the firm’s Birmingham office. His practice spans the litigation spectrum, including breach-of-contract, fraud, personal injury, medical malpractice, real estate disputes, insurance bad faith and other commercial tort claims. He also represents automotive and other manufacturers in cases involving product liability and has particular experience with civil discovery. A Birmingham native, Dunn graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law.
Latzman joined Lightfoot as a lateral associate in 2022 and is part of the firm’s Houston office. He handles cases in a wide array of areas, including product liability, catastrophic injury, commercial litigation and consumer fraud and bad faith. Prior to joining Lightfoot, Latzman worked at litigation firms in Houston and Detroit, where he handled expert and fact witness preparations and examinations. He earned his law degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law.
