Lightfoot Promotes Clint Speegle to Partner

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC has elected attorney Clinton T. Speegle to the firm's partnership, effective January 1. He first joined Lightfoot as an associate in 2013.

Clint has helped grow our Aviation & Aerospace practice, bolstered our NCAA Compliance & Investigations team and represented clients in a number of other complex matters. Speegle has represented a number of unique clients in his career, including defending multiple major universities and athletics personnel throughout NCAA compliance investigations, defending aviation owners and operators in NTSB, FAA and TSA investigations as well as civil litigation, and represented clients throughout the country in a variety of products and environmental litigation cases. Prior to law school, he graduated from West Point and was a commissioned officer in the United States Army, serving multiple tours of duty in Iraq as an attack helicopter pilot with the 4th Infantry Division (Mechanized) and with 5th Special Forces Group (Airborne).
