Lightfoot Partner Terry McCarthy Featured in Fall 2017 Issue of Cumberland Lawyer

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Terry McCarthy was featured (pg. 19) in the Fall 2017 issue of Cumberland Lawyer, the alumni publication of the Samford University Cumberland School of Law. The column shares insight into McCarthy’s personal accomplishments and professional career.

In addition to his diverse practice at Lightfoot, McCarthy is an adjunct professor of evidence law at Cumberland. He also serves serves on the Alabama Supreme Court Advisory Committee to the Alabama Rules of Evidence.

McCarthy (along with Charles Gamble and Robert Goodwin) co-authored one of the two leading treatises on Alabama evidence law: Gamble’s Alabama Rules of Evidence and McElroy’s Alabama Evidence.
