Lightfoot Partner Rachel Lary Speaks to the American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries

On September 27, 2017, Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Rachel Lary addressed members of the American Society of Legislative Clerks and Secretaries (ASCLS) at its 2017 Professional Development Seminar in Phoenix, Arizona. Her speech “Grounds for Impeachment” described Lightfoot’s role as Special Counsel for the Alabama House Judiciary Committee and the firm’s role in the impeachment investigation of former Governor of Alabama, Robert Bentley.
Lary is a member of the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense and Corporate Investigations practice group. She serves as national counsel for several clients, and leads a product liability team for a Fortune 500 client, which requires overseeing and managing litigation in multiple states. Lary is a Mid-South Super Lawyers Rising Star in business litigation and was recently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for her work in commercial litigation.
