Lightfoot Partner Kevin Clark Featured as a ‘Lawyer on the Rise’ by the Birmingham Times

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (March 30, 2018) — Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Kevin E. Clark was recently featured in the Birmingham Times. The article, titled “Birmingham Lawyers on the Rise,” highlights local black attorneys and black-owned law firms.

Founded in 1964, the Birmingham Times newspaper focuses on documenting African-American news and history in the Birmingham area.

Clark’s practice consists of general civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on product liability, toxic torts, employment discrimination and consumer fraud, including the defense of class action lawsuits. He has served in several leadership positions within the Defense Research Institute (DRI) and has spoken at numerous legal seminars over the years. He was also selected as an American Bar Foundation fellow and an Alabama Law Foundation fellow.
