Lightfoot Named a 2021 ‘Best Mid-Size Firm to Work For’ by Vault

Firm also included in ‘Best Litigation Boutique Law Firms’ and ‘Top 150 Under 150’ Lists for 2021

For the fourth consecutive year, Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC has been named a “Best Mid-Size Firm to Work For” by Vault in its annual survey of associates. Lightfoot also secured a No. 1 ranking in the Quality of Work category. 

In response to Vault’s survey, Lightfoot associates commented that “the firm is vibrant, hardworking, and dedicated to serving its clients the best way possible.” They also called out “the people who work here” and “the early responsibility” entrusted to associates as positives about the firm. 

Vault also included Lightfoot in two other lists for 2021. The firm is named among the 25 “Best Litigation Boutique Law Firms” and is a “Top 150 Under 150,” which is a new list of leading firms with 150 lawyers or fewer.
