Lightfoot, Franklin & White Welcomes Three New Attorneys

Houston office gains two trial lawyers, one joins Birmingham office

May 28, 2019

McKinley Dunn has joined the Birmingham office as an associate. His experience spans the litigation spectrum, including breach-of-contract, fraud, personal injury, real estate disputes, insurance bad faith and other commercial tort claims. A Birmingham native, McKinley graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama School of Law.

Two lawyers have also joined the firm’s Houston office:

Bradford Hendrickson focuses on high-stakes business and commercial litigation, as well as oil and gas, appellate, maritime, mass tort, personal injury and product liability matters. Before joining Lightfoot, Bradford represented plaintiffs, insurance companies and businesses, and therefore has a deep understanding of what motivates parties on all sides of a case. He graduated from the University of Houston Law Center.

Charles Stam maintains a general litigation practice focusing on commercial litigation, corporate recoveries, product liability and catastrophic injury. He graduated cum laude from the University of Texas School of Law and joined the firm after completing a one-year clerkship with a federal district judge.
