Lightfoot, Franklin & White Recognized as a 2020 ‘Best Place to Work’ by the Birmingham Business Journal

The Birmingham Business Journal named Lightfoot, Franklin & White a “Best Place to Work” for 2020 in its medium-sized company category. Recipients of the annual award were recently featured (subscription required) in the Birmingham Business Journal. 

“We are excited and honored to receive this recognition and to be named alongside such respected local businesses,” said Lightfoot managing partner Melody Eagan. “We aim to promote a positive work environment where we foster teamwork, mentoring and professional growth for our employees.”

The Best Places to Work Awards recognize local businesses that have a strong commitment to creating a positive work environment that fosters respect, comfort and engagement of its employees. Finalists were determined via a third-party survey that measured teamwork, leadership, benefits and work engagement of Birmingham-based businesses.
