Lightfoot Founding Partner Sam Franklin Appears on Benchmark Litigation’s, “Beyond the Trial” Podcast

Lightfoot, Franklin & White’s co-founding partner Sam Franklin was a featured guest on “Beyond the Trial,” Benchmark Litigation’s podcast. 

He spoke with Benchmark Litigation managing editor, Michael Rafalowich, to discuss a host of legal topics including remaining collegial in the courtroom, the power of a brief opening statement and “staying away from the curse of knowledge.” Sam also spoke on the role trial lawyers play and the principals that inform his work.
