Lightfoot Elevates Jonathan Little to Partner

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC has promoted Jonathan R. Little to the firm’s partnership, effective January 1, 2021. 

“We are excited to welcome Jonathan into the partnership, and we congratulate him on this career achievement,” said managing partner Melody Eagan. “Jonathan is a talented lawyer who has made significant contributions to the firm, and I am sure he will continue to do great things as a partner.” 

Little maintains a varied litigation practice, which includes representing media and communications companies, journalists and broadcasters in defamation and First Amendment matters. He also routinely defends companies in product liability, fire and personal injury litigation, and represents clients in commercial and securities litigation. In addition, Little has secured appellate victories for his clients at the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals, the Alabama Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit.
