Lightfoot Associate Amie Vague Recognized as 2021 “NextGen: Law” Honoree by Birmingham Business Journal

Lightfoot associate Amie Vague has been recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a 2021 “NextGen: Law” honoree. The publication annually recognizes young professionals who contribute to their firms, lead their industry and show promise in the city’s legal future. 

“I am honored to be recognized among this talented group of young attorneys in Birmingham,” Amie said. “Navigating the ups and downs of the legal profession can be challenging, but I am continually inspired by the hardworking people at Lightfoot and the broader legal community as they strive to make Birmingham and Alabama a better place to practice, work and live.”

After joining Lightfoot in 2015, Amie has continued to excel in litigation work in a host of practice areas including product liability, medical malpractice, professional liability, and white-collar crime. Handling matters throughout the Southeast, Amie is a member of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association, Birmingham Bar Association’s Future Leaders Forum and the Defense Research Institute. She has received acclaim from Mid-South Super Lawyers and The Best Lawyers in America as both a “Rising Star” and “Ones to Watch” honoree.
