Lee Hollis to Serve as Panelist for ABA Webinar on Pretrial Strategies

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Lee Hollis will be among the panelists presenting in an upcoming webinar sponsored by the American Bar Association (ABA). The online event, titled “Pretrial Strategies for Success: What Every Trial Attorney Should Know,” will be held on April 8. Lawyers can receive continuing legal education (CLE) credit hours and register for the webinar here. 

Hollis will present on techniques to enhance the chances for successful resolution of lawsuits and disputes. The discussion will include pre-suit tasks and options, including investigations, pre-suit mediation and pre-suit discovery.

Hollis has practiced law for more than 25 years, trying numerous wrongful death, personal injury and commercial cases to defense verdicts. He previously served as Chair of the Network of Trial Law Firms and was the Co-Chair of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association’s Trial Academy. He also recently authored a chapter in an ABA-published book on pre-trial strategies.
