Lee Hollis Serves as Panelist for IADC Webinar on Jury Selection

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Lee Hollis will serve as a panelist for a Dec. 4 webinar put on by the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC). The program is titled “Pick Me, Pick Me! Panel Voir Dire and Jury Selection.”
Panelists for the webinar will discuss the jury selection process from pre-trial to venire, voir dire and challenges. They will share insights into how to engage a panel during voir dire in order to learn the most information about jurors and establish a relationship even before opening arguments happen.
The IADC has served a distinguished membership of corporate and insurance defense attorneys and insurance executives since 1920. Its activities benefit the approximately 2,500 invitation-only, peer-reviewed members and their clients, as well as the civil justice system and the legal profession. Moreover, the IADC takes a leadership role in many areas of legal reform and professional development.
Hollis has practiced law for more than 25 years, trying numerous product liability, personal injury and commercial cases to defense verdicts. He previously served as Chair of the Network of Trial Law Firms and was the Co-Chair of the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association’s Trial Academy. He also authored a chapter in an ABA-published book on pre-trial strategies.
