Gimenez handles traditional NCAA compliance issues and investigations while also helping colleges and universities with investigations relating to name, image and likeliness, Title IX and student welfare issues, athletics-related employment disputes, negotiating and drafting coaching contracts, and more.
Sharman leads the firm's White-Collar Criminal Defense & Corporate Investigations practice and often speaks and writes on related legal subjects. He has served as special counsel in numerous high-profile matters, including the Whitewater investigation of President Bill Clinton, the impeachment investigation of a former Alabama governor and an ongoing probe in Georgia into actions by President Donald Trump during the 2020 election.
