March 23, 2022
Lightfoot, Franklin & White’s Houston associate Kaitlyn M. Faucett has been named to the 2022 Texas Rising Star list by Thomas Reuters’ Super Lawyers, a title held by less than 2.5 percent of attorneys in Texas. Faucett was selected in the Business Litigation practice area category, an honor she has received since 2018.
Super Lawyers, part of Thomson Reuters, is a rating service of outstanding lawyers from more than 70 practice areas who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement. Texas Rising Stars must be 40 years old or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years. Selections for this honor also are based upon peer recognition and professional achievement. Recipients represent the top 2.5 percent of up-and-coming lawyers in Southern and Northern California.
Faucett represents clients in a broad spectrum of business and commercial matters, both in the courtroom and arbitration, as well as through informal dispute resolution practices. She manages a diverse caseload spanning traditional business and commercial disputes, as well as employment, premises liability, fiduciary duty, healthcare and personal injury matters. Earlier in her career, Faucett served as in-house legal counsel for a boutique oil and gas company.
