Kaitlyn Faucett Named to Super Lawyers ‘2023 Texas Rising Stars’

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC Houston partner Kaitlyn M. Faucett has been named to the 2023 Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers. Thomson Reuters awards this designation to only 2.5% of lawyers in Texas each year. Recognized in the business litigation category, Faucett has appeared on the list every year since 2018.

When choosing each year’s regional Rising Stars, Thomson Reuters uses a patented selection process that includes independent research, peer nominations and peer evaluations to identify lawyers across all 50 states and Washington, D.C.

Faucett maintains a diverse caseload, including commercial disputes, along with employment, healthcare, personal injury and real estate litigation. In a recent matter, she represented an oil field services provider as a plaintiff in a breach-of-contract dispute, obtaining summary judgment. The Houston Court of Appeals ultimately upheld the decision, which also awarded the clients all attorneys’ fees for both the trial and appeal.
