Kaitlyn Faucett Named One of the Houston Business Journal’s 2023 Women Who Mean Business

Lightfoot is thrilled to announce partner Kaitlyn Faucett has been named one of the 2023 Women Who Mean Business by the Houston Business Journal. This prestigious award spotlights accomplished females across the city who have not only made significant contributions in their respective fields but are also deeply committed to their communities. 

Kaitlyn joined our Houston office as a lateral associate in 2020 and was named to the Lightfoot partnership in 2023. With a distinguished track record in commercial disputes, employment, healthcare, personal injury and real estate litigation, Kaitlyn’s acumen has earned her nationwide acclaim, including her recent inclusion in the 2023 Lawdragon 500 X – Next Generation Guide. 

As a trailblazing female partner in our Houston office, Kaitlyn plays a key role in the mentorship of Lightfoot’s next generation of trial lawyers and serves on the firm's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee and Marketing & Business Development Committee. 

Kaitlyn will be honored at the 2023 Women Who Mean Business Awards Luncheon on October 13, alongside her fellow honorees.
