Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC partner Amaobi J. Enyinnia has been named to the Birmingham Business Journal’s Top 40 Under 40 for 2025, one of the most coveted honors for the Magic City’s young professionals. He joins a prestigious group of Top 40 Under 40 alumni that includes fellow Lightfoot lawyers, top CEOs, influential leaders and successful entrepreneurs.
“We are proud of Amaobi for earning this distinguished achievement,” said managing partner Melody H. Eagan. “Amaobi is a talented attorney and a wonderful person trusted by his clients and colleagues. He is more than deserving of this recognition. We look forward to supporting Amaobi as he continues to shine in 2025 and beyond.”
Enyinnia’s practice focuses on product liability, transportation, personal and catastrophic injury, employment and commercial litigation. He also represents physicians facing medical malpractice claims. Enyinnia leverages his diverse experience in business, government, e-discovery and clinical settings to advance a client’s goals and develop efficient solutions that “move the ball forward” for his clients.
Enyinnia ended 2024 with a string of victories. In October, he led two victories for the City of Birmingham, reducing claims against the city by $110,000. Earlier in the year, he successfully secured over $1 million in damages for a Hoover, Alabama, shopping center in a lease dispute with a longtime tenant. He also secured a win from the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, affirming a lower court’s dismissal of a product liability case in Georgia against a major automotive manufacturer.
