Lightfoot Partner Kevin Clark Elected an American Bar Foundation Fellow

Lightfoot, Franklin & White LLC is pleased to announce that Kevin Clark has been elected as a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation as a recognition of Kevin’s dedication to his community and for upholding the highest principles of the legal profession.

Mr. Clark’s legal practice consists of general civil defense litigation, with an emphasis on toxic torts, product liability, employment discrimination and consumer fraud, including the defense of class action lawsuits. He has held leadership positions and served on committees in the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the Alabama State Bar, and the Birmingham Bar Association. Mr. Clark is a Fellow in the Litigation Counsel of America and the Alabama Law Foundation.
